4) All Perfumes Collections are exempted from COD.

Jammu & Kashmir, Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Andaman and Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura.
