1. No Refund / No Return / No Exchange Policy
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders once they are placed and processed.
- Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Return Eligibility (Exceptions Only)
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or has a quality issue.
- Claims must be supported with photo/video evidence and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Return Process

5. Important Notes
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sealed (where applicable).
- Returns sent without prior approval or incomplete evidence will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to deny returns if the product is found to be tampered with, used, or intentionally damaged.
- Shipping costs for return (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
