At Carryara, we strive to deliver premium quality Perfumes and Bakhoors that meet your expectations. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below:


1. No Refund / No Return / No Exchange Policy

  1. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders once they are placed and processed.
  2. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

2. Return Eligibility (Exceptions Only)

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The product received is damaged, defective, or has a quality issue.
  2. Claims must be supported with photo/video evidence and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Return Process

5. Important Notes

  1. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sealed (where applicable).
  2. Returns sent without prior approval or incomplete evidence will not be accepted.
  3. We reserve the right to deny returns if the product is found to be tampered with, used, or intentionally damaged.
  4. Shipping costs for return (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
